Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
March 20, 2020
Dear Crossroads Clients,
We at Crossroads Counseling and Life Coaching want to reassure you that we are going to remain open and available to you during these unsettling times. We are here for you.
We are pleased to announce that we are offering telephone and teletherapy sessions to assure our clients have uninterrupted access to services during social distancing. In order to follow recommendations from authorities, we will be temporarily closing the office for face-to-face sessions. Clients will still be able to contact us by phone for questions or scheduling issues.
We will be using Zoom for our teletherapy provider. If you are interested in switching your appointment to a teletherapy session, contact the office and read the attached document for instructions. Our office staff will still be making reminder calls for your appointments. During the reminder calls, office staff will be answering any questions and taking your payment over the phone. You will also be getting the meeting identification number for your counselor that you will need in order to join the teletherapy session.
We have added a secure portal for making online payments as well. The link is www.patientnotebook.com/crossroadscounseling. It is also available on our website at www.crossroadslife.com. We will be updating our website and Facebook page as things change, so feel free to reference them to stay informed.
The current office cancelation policy (requiring 24 hours notice) will remain in effect and applies to telephone and teletherapy sessions.
We are going to stay updated and informed on the situation and will remain open and available to you during this stressful time. Thank you for your attention in these matters. We will get through this together.
